The Challenge
The clinic was managing all patient records, appointments, and billing entirely on paper. This created scheduling conflicts, made it difficult to access patient history at the point of care, and led to billing errors. The practice needed a modern, intuitive system that staff could adopt quickly without disrupting operations.
